Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MIONTO ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. MIONTO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

MIONTO is an independent introducing broker (IB) service that facilitates rebate programs between traders and partner brokers. We return a portion of the trading commissions we receive from partner brokers back to registered users ("rebates").

MIONTO is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not accept client funds, execute trades, or provide investment advice of any kind.

3. Eligibility

To use MIONTO, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MIONTO is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Rebate Program

Rebates are calculated based on trading volume and commissions received from partner brokers. The following conditions apply:

• Rebates are only paid for accounts opened through MIONTO's partner referral links or verified as partner accounts
• Rebate rates are set at MIONTO's sole discretion and may change at any time
• Rebate payments are subject to successful receipt of commissions from partner brokers
• MIONTO reserves the right to withhold, adjust, recalculate, or cancel rebate payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of partner broker terms
• MIONTO does not guarantee any specific rebate amount or payment schedule
• Some brokers may require minimum trading volume before rebates are paid

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in USDT via the TRC-20 network. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00 USD equivalent
• A flat network fee of $1.00 is charged per withdrawal
• MIONTO is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user
• All withdrawal transactions are final and irreversible once processed on-chain
• MIONTO reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending verification

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information to MIONTO or partner brokers
• Attempt to manipulate the rebate system through artificial trading volume
• Use the service for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share or sell your MIONTO account to third parties

8. Account Suspension and Termination

MIONTO reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Suspected fraud or abuse of the rebate system
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Request from a partner broker
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, any pending balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MIONTO is not obligated to pay out balances to terminated accounts.

9. Risk Warning

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. You may lose some or all of your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

MIONTO accepts no liability for trading losses, missed profits, or any financial damages arising from use of this platform or connected broker services.

10. MIOS Algorithmic Strategies

Algorithmic trading strategies available through the MIOS Engine are provided for informational purposes only. MIONTO does not guarantee any specific return, profit, or capital preservation. Historical performance data does not guarantee future results. Users participate in MIOS strategies entirely at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIONTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

MIONTO's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total rebates paid to you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

MIONTO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. In the event of service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to process pending withdrawals and notify users in advance where possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
